1. Control system: delem-da52 operating system.
Electro hydraulic proportional servo valve synchronization: high precision, high repetition precision, synchronous control system.
Control axis number: 3 + 1 axis; control Y1, Y2, X axis, and mechanical compensation V axis.
Quick clamping of upper die: manual fine adjustment is provided locally to realize no blind area compensation.
High precision rear positioning system: three position positioning, K-shaped stopper.
Hydraulic system: adopt Bosch hydraulic assembly, hydraulic valve group, hydraulic system with overload protection function.
There is a high pressure filter on the hydraulic unit.
The movable beam structure has four points positioning and good stability. Y1 and Y2 axes can be programmed separately, and they can work in the state of bias loading or taper bending (i.e. inclined bending). After bending, the holding time can be suspended to reduce the springback of workpiece, and the holding time can be set.
